It is rare to find the extra wide vintage sheets so I was really pleased when I came across this good quality unused piece.


It will make a lovely sheet but is of course perfect for curtains/blinds or a small upholstery project. If you need a good load for something, I have other similar pieces available.


Top quality "fleur bleue" branded.


Totally unused, unbleached, never laundered "dead stock" piece which will need a soak and a few washes to fully soften up but will give you excellent quality fabric for your bed or your projects. Colour is a sandy cream which will lighten with washing to a pale oatmeal/off white. Don't worry, I will send washing instructions with purchase.


Linen metis is a linen weft and cotton warp and has been very popular with French housewives down the generations. Less expensive than pure linen and a little easier to manage but still smooth cool and long lasting. The fabric is medium weight and tightly woven with interest to the weave.


Should be soaked and washed before use. No damage or wear, some light marks as you would expect but generally well stored.
