A rare, 19th century, cast brass pastry or pasta cutter. Pastry cutters were usually made from tin and we have never seen one like this before. It is incredibly heavy and would do the job perfectly. It could be used for cutting pastry for the Christmas mince pies or for cutting ravioli. It is in excellent condition.
