Item Details

An interesting, Victorian copper ring mould. This is English and dates from c.1880. It is stamped with a number ‘256’ , which would be the pattern number, and also the letter ‘F’ above the number ‘4’. It is made from a heavy gauge of copper and the design resembles a cog wheel. One of the high points to the design has taken a tiny bump but this not resulted in a hole. Generally it is in very good condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn.
