Item Details

A 19th century, double handled, steel herb chopper. This is stamped “J. SCHWAB”. It is American and dates from c.1890. It has nicely turned wooden handles and the blade is still exceptionally sharp. It is in very good, usable condition.
Dimensions: Length 24.5cm. Height 15.5cm. Diameter of handle 4.5cm.
