Item Description
A nineteenth century, copper ring mould of geometric form. This is French and it dates from c.1880. The design consists of six narrow, plain columns, each one divided by two shorter columns. This is all beneath a flat, ring top and the mould has a central pipe so that the ingredients can cook or chill from the centre as well as from the outside. The mould is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it is in very good condition. The tinning, to the interior, is still in good, usable condition. A brass hook has been attached so that the mould can hang. This would currently prevent the mould from being used but it could easily be removed.
Dimensions: Diameter 14.2cm. Height 10.3cm.
Price includes postage within the U.K. Shipping to the U.S.A. add £20. Most of Western Europe add £10.
