Item Details

A nice quality, French crystal ice bucket. This is marked “Cristallerie Lorraine France” and it dates from the 1930’s. The Cristallerie Lorraine was set up in 1925 by a baker who, having lost his contract to supply the St. Louis glass works, set up his glass works in competition. This piece has a deep, cut design to the sides and the handle design is based on a style which was popular in the mid 19th century. The piece is in excellent condition.
