A nineteenth century, Minton earthenware jelly mould in the shape of a tall cone made up of ever decreasing circles. This is a fabulous design and, when turned out, the jelly has a superb wobble. This example is marked “No 34” over “6” and it dates from c.1860. No. 34 is the pattern number and the number 6 relates to the height in inches. It is in excellent condition.
