Item Details

A very unusual, early 19th century, moulded jug with silver lustre decoration on an orange ground. This is moulded with sixteen panels and the painted decoration alternates between barley, vines and plain stripes. It is English and dates from c.1830. It is in very good condition but there is very slight wear to the lustre on the rim and handle.
Dimensions: Height 16cm. Width 17cm. Diameter 13cm.
