The shape of the pot is very stylish. It is decorated with an engine turned design and there is a widow finial to the lid. This design was one which first appeared in the 1790’s Wedgwood catalogues and, due to its popularity, production continued through into the 20th century. Both the pot and lid are in excellent condition.
