An old French ladder with splashes of old paint has been converted into shelving with old scaffolding boards - it's simple but it works! We've seen this work to great effect in a kitchen stacked with chopping boards, tureens and piles of torchon but it would look brilliant in the garden against a wall with pots, plants and gardening pieces, in a living room loaded with books etc... The real benefit is that when it's not needed it folds down and is easy to store or move about!
