Very pleasing on the eye and of great scale; wide, deep and with a good rake, just how we like them. English C1900. Without doubt grand looking with double cane to the sides, the rear and fine decorative legs and frame. A far cry from the so-called “barn” finds, being of wonderful quality and condition.
We have plenty of space and the sofa is strong with no wobbles to the decorative frame or cane work. We of course have day to day knocks, bumps, marks but nothing off putting with no breaks in the cane. The sprung base is tight, good and as it should be. The sofa also benefits from a full set of fitted plump feather cushions covered in a soft latte coloured short cut strie velvet fabric with matching thick fringed edging - very clean and perfectly good to use. We have ensured the sofa is neat and ready to place. You could of course wish to replace the cushion covers with a fabric of your choice which we can assist with, please ask when purchasing.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
