A Most Handsome Vintage Oak 9 Drawer Plan Chest C1940


 


A very smart 9 drawer plan chest from Lancashire and we must say our best 9 drawer oak chest for at least a few years. It's a classic design with an overhanging top with softened shaped corners, 18 original well shaped oak handles, a small plinth and a matching pleasing look to the sides and back. Altogether a wonderful piece.


 


As mentioned the condition is very good - a good tone to the oak, a few light marks to the top but nothing nasty and the plinth sits well. All 9 drawers are clean, neat and opening as they should.  No repairs or wobbles. We have ensured the piece is ready to place and enjoy.


 


A most attractive and well proportioned smaller than some, English Chest C1940.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping. 


 


For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item.  If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
