Matching Pair Oak Barristers Bookcases By Gunn C1920


Lovely matching pair of oak barristers bookcases by Gunn which were retailed by Wiliam Angus of London along with original sales brochure being one owner pieces and well cared for. Always popular and this pair are matching in medium oak and both having similar aging and tone. These are the 4 window compartment variety and sit on little angled oak legs with original age tarnished knobs to the bookcases.


Condition wise they sit well in original order with day to day knocks and bumps. Having sat in a well sheltered part of the home the tone and colour is not faded. We do have the odd sliver of oak grained veneer loss to the back edge, but again nothing nasty or particularly off putting.


We have ensured the bookcases are neat and tidy and ready to place. They will be delivered numbered for stacking by the purchasers - not a difficult job.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.


For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
