A beautifully detailed Copeland hexagonal Renaissance revival jug, circa 1860, finely modelled with panels of stylised flowers and leaves, each panel with a face mask medallion, with a lovely scrolled acanthus leaf handle and glazed interior. In. Rare to find in this larger size. With some minor age-related chips to mask medallions, as pictured. A vase in the same style is illustrated in The Parian Phenomenon page 176 fig 575. Impressed COPELAND on the foot rim.
