About the Designer

Charles Dudouyt (1900-1969) was a French furniture designer and maker known for his unique and elegant modernist style. Condition

The armchair is in excellent condition, the rush seat and back show minimal signs of wear, and the corkscrew legs are sturdy and intact.  Some minor age-related marks and watermarks to the arms.  An exceptional example of Dudouyt’s celebrated design.
