Item Description
An old mill basket from the famous ‘Tonedale Mill’ in Somerset. Originally this would have had tall sides for transporting wool, it has two small iron axles with cast iron wheels. Would make a lovely dog bed or log basket as shown. Structurally sound, thoroughly cleaned and ready for use. The top edge has been left in its uneven form to retain the originality and character of the piece.
