Item Description

A vintage large sized Cornish turned serpentine stone lighthouse lamp, the rough hewn rocky base with carved steps, from a small group i have for sale- see group shot (individually advertised). English, mid century. Please note there is a break on the stem which has been reglued (mainly clean line but with small chip also-see photos). Also at some point the lantern lens and cupola roof top has been lost (i assume) and so has now been rewired to use a standard lamp shade. Rewired with 2.5m fabric flex, patinated brass safety-switched lampholder and traditional plug. Pat tested. Dimensions in inches/cms; 19"/48.5cm tall inc. lampholder. Approx. 6.75"/17.5cm x 6.75"/17.5cm base . 6.5kg.
