This is an antique egg cup carousel. An English, silver plated breakfast service by Mappin and Webb, dating to the late Victorian period, circa 1900.

  • Set upon small props, each cup sits neatly around the edge of the base

  • Each of the silver spoons rests within a bracket upon the central support

  • Fascinating handle hosts a figural green man mask motif

  • Sheffield hallmarks to each spoon, with date letter F for 1898
