Item Details

Glazed in green, this French oil jar is from the Auvergne region of France. From the Poterie de Buire, this is an unusual colour as they are often glazed in a muted brown shade. Two chips to the opening as shown and the spout is also slightly damaged but all adding to the charm of an old piece.
