Item Details
1940’s Advocat Atelier Klappet Cabinet. Sourced in the North of France this is a typical atelier klappet unusually made in wood, typically used in legal offices for practical filing. The cabinet is principally made in well grained and figured birch with beautiful detailing. The klappet pigeon hole doors are opened by sliding down the fruitwood turned knobs which releases the spring locking mechanism. The internal dividers are fixed and provide ample filing and document storage. Our workshop has rejuvenated the cabinet making sure all doors open smoothly. A lovely solid and practical piece. Internal dimensions 26L x 32W x 23H (split into two at 11cm H) all cm.
