An eye-catching 1950s round side table with metal base in gilt finish and glass top. The base has four elegantly curved legs and scroll detailing, and the top has a very attractive foliage design below the glass, and double rope twist detail around the edge. The glass top sits on eight cushion pads and can just be lifted off, and the base folds flat. The toughened glass top is new, so it’s in perfect condition without any scratches. The gilt finish has worn slightly with age, which gives it a soft, muted appearance. |
