A twentieth century gilt wooden wall console usually used to hold a clock, designed by the Flemish designer J.Galbes especially for one household in Flanders along with some other things.

A very heavy possibly oak piece and absolutely stunning.

This is beautifully made and I don’t really know enough about it.
