Vintage 1960s etching by German/Swedish artist Helmtrud Nystrom (1939 - 2021) Wonderful graphic abstract work. Signed & dated 68 lower right. Numbered 48/60 lower left. Presented in the original card mount and vintage glazed frame.

Nyström received a large number of awards and scholarships, both international and Swedish, including Atgraphics Biennialsin Germany and the city of Lund's cultural award. She is represented at Museums and galleries in Sweden and around the world, including at the Modern Museum, Stockholm, Norrköping Art Museum, Kalmar Art Museum, British Museum, London, in addition to museums in Oslo, Helsinki, Prague, Warsaw and Rio de Janeiro.

Good vintage condition with yellowing to the edges of the card mount. The frame is included in the sale for free.
