A simplistic 19th Century Swedish Slagbord drop leaf table with a hinged top over a gated base. The surface patina is particularly beautiful with the untouched original brown paint revealing the pale wood underneath. These tables were popular in Swedish homes due to their space-saving design and functionality and would now work perfectly as a dining or serving table.
