Item Details

This mid century work in oil on board is signed by the artist.  The subjects of a man and a woman are painted in a naive style typical of the artist's work.  The palette is striking in  its use of tones of brown, tobacco, green and turquoise punctuated with the sweet pink and white in the dress of the female subject.  It has been mounted within a handpainted obsidian green wooden frame.
