This has a bit of a charming look because somebody has painted the frame white and then highlighted certain parts of the embossed decoration with green and gold colour. It has obviously been done a while ago badly but it looks good! Some of the paintwork has chipped but this for me adds to the character! It shows it has had a life and I think it's quite quaint and would look great in a pub and to add to its charm it has a lovely circular copper top. Made By Howarth of Manchester We will check it over and wash it off and make sure it's sturdy before it leaves our warehouse in Stafford.
