Item Description

Early 20th Century folk art fairground massacre knock down figure

A folk art / primitive hand-crafted fairground knock down game figure. Constructed from pine and metal, hand painted detail with metal support hinges when the figure is knocked off his horse. This figure would have originally sat with numerous other figures of similar forms and rotated circularly on a platform for customers to knock the figures of their horses to win a prize.

Dimensions in inches: H 14” x W 21” x D 7”

This item shows natural wear and aging as its old, scuffs and aging across all wooden areas with discolouring and missing painted area is present as shown.
