19th Century English Framed Card Ship Diorama Painting
Displayed in its original wooden frame, this painting of a nautical vessel has cleverly been gives a 3-D folk art effect by cutting into the surface of the card, signed and dated 1882.
Size in inches: H 19” x W 26” x D 1”

Condition: Fair
A well-aged example with some faded surface paint, some of the detail is missing as shown to the flags etc. The left-hand corner has raised over time due to the paper having to be raised from the backing board. This item is over 100 years old so please expect this to be displayed in its condition.
