Three mid-20th Century hand-crafted cast metal and pine wooden English fairground shooting targets. With vibrant colours across the hand painted metal surface, these items as well as numerous other similar examples would have been lined up in a shoot gallery so customers could shoot the central section to win a prize. The central metal or paper target is missing on all three of these items. The paint is worn and faded in all the right places which make these items very decorative in the right setting.
Size in inches: H 38” x W 15” x D 2.5”
Origin: England
Date: 1940 - 1960
Condition: Aged
These items are old and well used with missing detail of paint and wooden sections where surface damage has taken place. The original metal hanging screws are still present, and the main target would likely have hung from this. One of the targets has a crack in it as shown but this doesn’t affect the form in anyway. The wooden square poles are firmly in place if somewhat chipped and dented. These items do not stand alone and are only photographed this way to show them standing.
We strongly suggest reviewing all the photos provided as part of this advert and propose questions where sections are unclear to avoid disappointment upon purchase.

For multiple years we have sold antique items globally, please review our client feedback as a testament to our products and services. Expect our items to show relevant age and natural wear, we only restore due to breaks and major loss, and we always stipulate this in our condition report if this has been down before or after we have obtained them.
