Item Description
Arts and Crafts inspired lidded jug by the Canadian manufacturer Coronet. With lines echoing those of the Victorian designer Christopher Dresser this beautiful jug is made of silver plated onto copper. Probably early 20th Century. It has a pull-off lid with a daisy finial and the handle is wrapped in mock bamboo using an early plastic. This is most likely a hot water jug but would also be perfect for soda water with your whisky for example. Beautiful quality and a really good weight.
Condition: In superb condition with no problems at all. Doesn't look as if it's been used much at all.
