Stunning Contemporary Huge Turquoise Glazed And Gold Kintsugi Coiled Dish

Stunning contemporary huge turquoise glazed and gold Kintsugi coiled footed dish signed by potter Margaret Brown 2024. Bought directly from the potter herself at Potfest, Haughley Park, Suffolk, 2024. This stunning dish is huge at 45cm diameter and is 10cm high standing on its round foot. Coiled clay with applied decorative clay balls, with a textured raku-like surface all over, including underneath, and painted in several luscious glossy glazes of blues, greens and turquoises with Kintsugi gold technique applied in various places. Blues and greens are difficult to capture in pictures and in real life this is more greeny/blue/turquoise.

A beautiful piece of pottery art, reminding me of geological landscape maps, layers of the earth, or sea. I promise you this gorgeous piece is much more stunning in the flesh than in these photographs.
Will look amazing in any interior, period or modern, and I am assured by the artist, Margaret, that this can also be placed in the garden but just remember to bring it inside if there are very severe winter frosts.
A great statement piece, you just cannot take your eyes off it. It is a large, heavy item of pottery and is a real investment piece which will only increase in value.

Condition: Perfect, as new condition with no issues.

Care: Treat gently. If ever needs cleaning then just a careful wipe with a damp cloth is all that's needed - nothing else. Can be put outside but keep away from severe frost.
