A wonderful Biedermaier demi lune table folding to a large round table. Dating from the early 19th century and from cherry wood, and possibly from Denmark, it is beautifully elegant and refined, with its simplified form standing on tapered legs, featuring simple marquetry detail. As a console, it's perfectly proportioned and extending, with the table top opened, it makes a gorgeous center or dining table.


In unrestored condition, the table is completely solid and usable, with a great colour and patina, with age related wear, which adds to its charm, but can be simply restored if wished.
