Item Details

A gorgeous 19yh Century Amphora  from the eastern Mediterranean. Originally for water or wine, this clay vessel stands at 47cm tall, and has a wonderful patina and glaze of browns with lovely drip lines. Its believed to be from Albanian gentry, with characteristics originating in Egypt. A beautiful item for interior decoration and in good condition without cracks and some minor wear as expected form its age and use.
