A fabulous pair of mid century planters by Swiss architect and designer Willy Guhlh. This low tilted diabolo form was produced in the 1950's, and made in light fibro cement by the Eternit company. They have a beautiful natural patina, from years of outdoor use, and are an iconic design classic. They have an amazing sculptural presence for interior decoration or for outdoor use. On one item, there are a few chips to the base at the rear, but nothing to detract from the aesthetic look and appeal. They are surprisingly light to move too!
