My name is Sophie and I have been living in Haute Savoie in France with my husband Simon and our three small children for ten years. During those years, I have been picking up pieces of Vintage French furniture which have added character to our home.  I started coming across more gems than we could fit into our house, which is where Vintage French was born.

We are not a traditional antiques dealer.  What we do is source affordable items that we would use in our own home which may only be a few decades old or more, but which have character and quality to make an impact in your home.  I look for items that can be used as they are or which with a little re-upholstery or a lick of paint will add your character to a living space.

We are solely a web based company, however Tiggy, who manages our UK operations would be delighted to arrange with you an appointment to visit our Showroom in Milton Keynes.  Simon helps me in the background with running the company, but it will be me who responds to your email requests and who will pick up the phone to answer your inquiries.

To simplify pricing, we have INCLUDED delivery costs within the UK in our listed price.  If you would like to pick up your purchase from Milton Keynes we would be happy to reduce the price accordingly, if you require delivery to another country or if you are making multiple purchases at the same time, please contact me for an alternative delivery price.  Delivery will either be by parcel courier, or for the larger items we will arrange to have the items brought by van directly to your home.
