Two early productions Arne Jacobsen designed teak dot stools.
Design Model 3170 tripod.
Priced individually. Original Vintage Condition.
Circa 1950’s.
The curved disc teak tops have been refurbished in complimentary dark teak, are in good condition, and have been finished in light wax.
They consist of 3 enamelled metal tripod legs and the original grey plastic cappings on the feet.
These dot stools inject a wonderful mid-century charm to any home and are ideal when your home is tight on space and you’re looking for a stackable seating solution for your kitchen.
Space-saving stools are convenient and can be used every day or occasionally.

Arne Jacobsen co-developed the Dot stool with the Danish furniture manufacturer Fritz Hansen in the early 1950s. Like the Ant chair from 1952, Dot is a result of Arne Jacobsen’s ambition of creating elegant and functional designs based on new, industrial production methods.
