Mid 20th Century Chinese altar table from the Shanxi province, an impressive altar table due to its size. All four legs are fluted, two stretchers at either end making it very sturdy, and beautiful scroll detailing on the apron. The original black lacquer is in great condition, its a very smart piece of furniture. It looks older than it is, so it doesn't have the rather large price tag like its ancestors!
It would make the most perfect console table in the modern home.
The dimensions of this stool are as follows- H - 82cm, L - 209cm, W - 52cm.
