Item Description
A nineteenth century, English copper tankard. This is made from a heavy gauge of copper and it dates from c.1860. It has a castellated seam up the side, a turned seam around the base, and a rolled rim. The handle is a very simple, strap form. The tankard is in very good condition but the tinning, to the interior, is worn so it could no longer be used to drink from. It is ideal for a small flower display, or for standing kitchen utensils in.
