Edwardian Antique Oak Swivel Desk Chair by William Angus C1910

A very handsome desk chair in English oak by William Angus and Co C1910 surviving in a lovely condition. William Angus and Co were a quality maker and this one looks wonderful with some real style and depth to the craftsmanship.

The chair is a little broader in scale to most of its kind with a shaped oak seat either side of those shapely well toned arms. The spindled back offers comfort and also looks rather good. We again have a well shaped base with castors.

Condition wise it's good - firstly the oak used is first class in grain and tone. The swivel works as it should and offers height adjustment - this has been lubricated. We have no splits to the wide seat and day to day historic marks and bumps to the arms and base. We have ensured the chair is neat and ready for work.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
