Fabulous Mid Century Wrought Iron Pergola With Seat

A rather fabulous and highly decorative wrought iron garden pergola with seat, from a large Surrey estate, surviving in wonderful condition.

We would assume this was a commission piece and we have to mention that the craft and skill on it is first class with some wonderful swirls, twists and curls to all areas. Having been in one place the condition is spot on with genuine weathering and a very appealing patina to the forged iron. The pergola sits well, is not flimsy and separates into four pieces for moving and is screwed together with ease. The previous owners had embedded the piece into the ground a little and secured it with a few tent pegs.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
