Handsome 1930s Vintage Oak Desk Occasional Armchair

A rather handsome early 1930s British oak armchair with the ability to be placed wherever you wish in the home, hallway, office, bathroom or at the dining table. It's a very good looking armchair, with an interesting back in a pleasing tone of oak and sits in well cared for condition with gentle aging in the right places.

The curved and shaped slat back not only looks good but is comfortable, the front legs have a nice edgy look and overall quality is 1st rate. The seat is currently a grained faux leather which is adequate - we can reupholster the seat for £60 plus VAT and fabric or leather, you will need around ½ meter. The stance is good with no wobbles to the frame or arms and no nasty surprises.

When purchasing from us we include delivery in the purchase price which is based on a one person delivery for England and Wales. Please call or email for quotes to Scotland, Northern Ireland, the Isles and for World-wide shipping.

For any large items that require two people to lift the item, we ask that you are available at the time of delivery to be able to give our shipper a lift off the van and into your house with the item. If you are not able to lift items yourself, we ask that you have someone on hand at the time of delivery to assist our shipper with moving the item. We are happy to quote for a two person delivery if required.
