Item Description
This rare mid 20th century rosewood 'Hamilton' sideboard was designed by Robert Heritage and manufactured by Archie Shine.
The beautiful long sideboard was from the 'Hamilton Rosewood range' an award-winning design for Archie Shine in 1958. It features wonderful reeded drawers, rosewood book-matched veneered doors and turned wooden trumpet pulls. A fabulous piece of midcentury furniture that would fit into any modern or vintage-inspired interior.
Ample storage in the large double cupboard 3 wide drawers and a felt-lined top drawer for cutlery.
Condition
In good midcentury condition, it has been carefully cleaned and re-polished this sideboard to preserve its natural original appearance. There are still some minor age-related marks and wear but nothing that detracts from the overall look and functionality of the piece.
